Create the perfect matcha drinks with the Matcha Tea Sifter. Crafted in Niigata prefecture, Japan, this high-quality fine mesh sieve features a comfortable handle with a coiled finish. Using a sieve when preparing matcha removes any clumps and is often regarded as an essential tool for matcha preparation. It can also second as a tea strainer, for straining tea leaves.
These pieces are made in Tsubamesanjo, an area that includes Tsubame City and Sanjo City located within Niigata prefecture, Japan. This area is well known for its skilled metalworking craftsman.
