This is an original blend of ceremonial grade matcha all farmed and picked in the Kansai area and processed in Kyoto, designed to ensure the perfect, authentic matcha experience throughout the year.
The variety and origin of the matcha used in the blend is subject to change depending on season and availability. Due to the new tea season, flavours may change slightly compared to previous batches.
Enjoy it as it is to fully immerse yourself with the rich bitterness and umami and the natural sweetness- this quality blend brings the authentic matcha experience into any drink, with its aroma and flavour shine through milk or espresso. Prepare it as a tea ceremony style Usu-cha, or sweeten it up to make your perfect matcha latte.

Matcha Syrup Recipe:
How to Make It
Combine in a bowl and mix well (We recommend a ratio of 1:2:8):
- Matcha powder: 2.5g
- Sugar/honey/agave syrup: 5g
- Hot water: 20g
*Use a spoon or spatula to mix thoroughly until completely smooth.
Matcha Latte Recipe:
Ingredients
- Matcha syrup
- Milk (or milk alternative)
- Ice (for Iced Matcha Latte only)
Hot Matcha latte:
In your cup, first add 27.5g of matcha syrup, then combine with 150g of warmed or steamed milk and mix well.
Iced Matcha latte:
In your cup, first add ~100g of ice, then add 27.5g of matcha syrup and lightly stir. Finally, combine with 155g of cold milk and mix well.
Tip:
- When making a larger batch of matcha syrup, we recommend maintaining a ratio of 1:2:8 for the best results!
- If you would like to adjust the sweetness, simply adjust the amount of sweetener you use!
