Product Description
Handcrafted by local artisans in a small village in Kagoshima, Japan using locally-grown Japanese bamboo (Madake). The fine tooth bamboo scraper brush is traditionally used with Japanese Oroshigane graters or Suribachi mortars, to help scrape off finely ground ingredients like ginger, sesame seeds and citrus rind.

Take care to store bamboo in environments not overly moist or dry.
