A beautifully crafted stainless steel Japanese Oroshigane grater ideal for grating wasabi, garlic, ginger, daikon, yuzu, nutmeg & more. A Japanese kitchenware essential with numerous small blades are arranged in a sharkskin-like pattern, these Japanese graters produces a light and finely grated paste.
Available in two sizes, Small and Large.
