Handcrafted by local artisans in Nara and Kyoto using local materials of bamboo and silk. The fine tooth bamboo scraper brush is traditionally used with Japanese Oroshigane graters or Suribachi mortars, to help scrape off finely ground ingredients like ginger, sesame seeds and citrus rind.

Materials: Hachiku bamboo, Red or green silk tie (assorted and picked at random)
Measurements: 2.5cm x 8cm
Take care to store bamboo in environments not overly moist or dry.
Dry thoroughly after use.
