Product Description
The Yukihira Saucepan is well loved and found within many Japanese homes. An everyday handled pot made from stainless steel which is easy to use, and recommend for simmered dishes, broths, soups, etc. Its double sided lipped edges allows for easy pouring using either your left of right hand.
Marked measurement levels inside the pot include 400ml, 600ml, 800ml, 1000ml and 1200ml – which allows for measuring directly into the saucepan.

Made in Japan.
Material: 16-0 Stainless steel (1.0mm), Wood handle. Outside: Mirror polish, Inside: Brushed finish.
Measurements: approximately 19.2 x 18 cm x H8cm / Holds approximately 1700ml at full capacity, practical capacity is 1200ml.
Care and Use:
Not recommended for deep drying or stir frying. Compatible with all heat sources due to the use of 16-0 stainless steel. Do not cool too rapidly, and avoid using metallic scrubbers or abrasive detergents. Hand wash with a gentle cloth in hot soapy water, and dry thoroughly after use before storing away.
