Product Description

Make onigiri rice balls at home with ease using this wooden mold.

There is enough space in the hinoki wooden mould to make two rice balls at a time. First wet the mold to prevent rice from sticking, then fill each mold with seasoned rice. Make a small indentation in the centre and add your fillings, then cover with more rice. Firmly press the top of the rice with wet hands or a wet rice scoop. Carefully remove rice balls from the moulds, and wrap in nori sheets if you wish.
