This handheld wooden julienne shredder is an excellent tool for dedicated cooks. Featuring a slotted slicing surface with sharp blades, it enables precise and effortless shredding. Ideal for carrots, daikon, and burdock root, producing uniform matchstick slices for salads, rice paper rolls, stir-fries, and more.

The cutting blades are 3mm in width. The light weight nature and ability to finely shred ingredients in small sizes makes this piece a kitchen essential.
