Hinoki Cypress Wood Bracelet.
Kyoto is famous for the production of Buddhist prayer beads (Juzu, Nenju), these bracelets are handmade following this long tradition.
Each bracelet is handmade from hinoki cypress wood beads, and strung onto silk elastic cord.
Hinoki (Japanese cypress) is a species of cypress native to central Japan, which grows up to 35m tall. It is grown for its very high quality timber in Japan, where it is used as a material for building palaces, temples, shrines, traditional noh theatres, and baths.

Wrist size: approximately 17cm
Measurements: Head bead: 12mm / Main beads: 7mm
Care: Remove before showering and going to bed. The material is sensitive to chemicals and excessive sweat. We recommend taking it off when doing sports and cleaning. Wipe with a soft fabric.
