A beautifully crafted Japanese copper grater ideal for grating wasabi, garlic, ginger, daikon, yuzu, nutmeg & more. A Japanese kitchenware essential with numerous small blades on both the front and back sides, these Japanese graters produces a light and finely grated paste.
Available in two sizes, Small (No. 7) and Medium (No. 6).
