The Albert steaming plate is made from earthenware clay and has a footed base which allows this plate to sit above water for easy steaming of foods such as vegetables, custard puddings, and steamed buns. It is designed to nestle inside large donabes, adding an additional function of steaming.
We recommend pairing with the X-Large Daube Donabe, sold separetely.
Marumitsu Poterie was established in 1950, and is based in Seto, Japan. Each collection is designed with a French flair to Japanese cookware and tableware.
