Wooden drop lids are a necessity for Japanese cooking. These versatile lids are made from spruce wood, and are designed to gently press down on food during simmering and cooking – allowing even heat distribution.
We recommend pairing with the 20cm Yukihira Pot.
Also available in a 18cm size, and a burnished cedar finish.
