Product Description
Sori Yanagi was born in 1915, son of Soetsu Yanagi, Japanese Folk Crafts Museum founder. With a background in both and architecture, he was central in Japanese postwar industrial design. In 1998 this series won the prestigious Good Design Award in Japan. These knifes are made one at a time by a craftsman using a press machine to form them.
A versatile knife, that comes in handy for fruit and soft cheeses.
