A Japanese kaya pot mitt by Ban Inoue, made from navy blue cotton kaya fabric in a simple layered, open plain weave. It's perfect for handling donabe and other hot pots while cooking or serving.

Kaya is a traditional Japanese open-weave textile, originally used for mosquito nets. A sanada-himo cord loop makes the mitt easy to hang.

Also available in persimmon. Pairs well with our Marumitsu Daube Donabe.
