A Japanese enamel saucepan with lid from Noda Horo's Couleur range, with a natural cherry wood handle. Holding around 1.2 litres, it's convenient for making miso soup, boiling and stewing, and warming milk for matcha lattes for a larger group.
Couleur is Noda Horo's one-handed pot series, designed with a focus on functionality and comfort. A double lip lets you pour easily with either your left or right hand, and the cherry wood handle blends beautifully with the natural colours and textures of the enamel.

Care and use: Suitable for gas stoves only, and not microwave safe as it's metal. The enamel is a porcelain coating, so avoid dropping it or cooling it too quickly after use, as heavy knocks or rapid cooling can cause cracks or chips. Avoid metal scrubbers and abrasive detergents, and hand wash with a gentle cloth, drying thoroughly after use to prevent rusting.
