An elegant Japanese cooking brush for glazing sauces over nigiri sushi before serving, and over yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) while cooking on hot charcoals. Each is handcrafted and features a handle for easy use, and stitch binding holding the soft horse hair bristles in place.
