Takazawa Candle was established in 1892, being one of the oldest candle makers in Japan. Producing traditional handmade candles derived from plant-based raw materials, using techniques that haven't changed since 16th century.
When using Japanese candles, you may occasionally cut the black burnt section of the wick down to adjust the size of the flame. This duck snuffer is specifically designed for this purpose, as well as for putting candle flames out safely.
