1. Customer Enquires
All customer enquires can be emailed directly to firstname.lastname@example.org. We are happy to assist you during regular business hours: Monday – Friday, 9am to 5pm, Australian Western Standard Time.
1.2 General use of the Mujo website
By accessing the Mujo website the user agrees to not copy or use any of the content for personal or commercial purposes. All text, information, photographic images, logos and website and product designs remain the property of Mujo. Please contact us at email@example.com if you wish to use any content from the Mujo website.
WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit https://www.mujostore.com, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device.
Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically collected information as Device Information.
We collect Device Information using the following technologies:
Cookies are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier.
Log files track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.
Also, when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including the last four digits from credit card and visa numbers), afterpay, paypal, email address, and phone number. This is called Order Information.
HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfil any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).
Additionally, we use this Order Information to: - Communicate with you. - Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud. - When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site.
We may email you our newsletter from time to time with special offers and/or new products of ours that become available. If you wish for this not to happen, please inform us and we will delete all of your details from our mailing list.
SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above.
We also use Google Analytics to help us understand how our customers use Mujo Store. How Google uses your Personal Information.
Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful requests for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information is corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us.
Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfil contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above.
Please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

3.1 Handcrafted Product Disclaimer Agreement
Mujo handcrafts a selection of garments, accessories and homewares.
By purchasing any items and products through Mujo’s online store you agree with the Handcrafted Product Disclaimer below (article 3.2).
3.2 Handcrafted Product Disclaimer
Quality is our highest priority. Please keep in mind that most of our products are handmade, using natural materials, and therefore it is quite difficult to make identical items. Due to this process, there may be a slight variation from one item to the next. Such variations are inherent in the manufacturing of handmade products. Even though every effort is made to create only the best products, there may be natural blemishes that should not be misconstrued as flaws. These are what make each handmade piece unique and special. The pictures may not be identical to the product you receive.
4. Prices and Purchase:
All item prices are listed in AUD and can be altered by Mujo at any given time.
4.1 As some items are handcrafted to order, delivery times are estimated for the period after a product has finished the weaving, dyeing, construction and packaging processes. Please refer to each individual product description for an accurate waiting time period for construction of made to order purchased items.
During busy periods if the waiting time for construction of any item will exceed the estimated time period, customers will be notified via email of a new estimated waiting time for construction.
4.2 Purchase Acceptance
This website is operated by Mujo. Mujo reserves the right to amend the Shipping and Policies at any time and without notice to you.
Any order placed by the customer is an agreement of the customer contract. To purchase a particular item or items the following terms must be agreed upon and accepted before making an order.
Mujo reserves the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including and without limitation, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price or the product description posted on this website, or an error in your order. Until Mujo receives payment in full for a product of any description, Mujo remains the lawful owner of the product. Your customer contract of agreement with these terms and conditions with Mujo comes into effect once you have made payment.
Shipping charges are based on size, weight, and destination of the package in checkout.
Charges will be calculated and applied in retail and wholesale order invoices.
Standard Shipping within Australia.
Nation wide orders are delivered as standard parcel post via Australia Post, with the following approximate time frames:
Australia: 5-10 working days from shipping date.
Standard International Shipping (all destinations outside of Australia):
International orders are delivered as tracked mail via Australia Post, with the following approximate time frames. Please note that orders may be delayed either through Australia post, or the postal company that it is passed over to in the country of delivery.
7-15 working days from shipping date
International Wholesale Customers:
Signature on delivery and insurance is not offered in Mujo’s standard delivery, please contact us for pricing if you would like to add these options. Please note that import duties, taxes, and charges may apply in your country. These charges are the customer’s (buyer’s) responsibility and they are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what your additional costs will be prior to buying.
Express shipping is available for both domestic and international orders based on weight and dimensions, with the following approximate time frames:
Australia: 1-2 working days from shipping date.
Signature will not be required for delivery, unless asked for and a new shipping quote is calculated. If this is the case and you wish instead to opt for safe place delivery, please specify this information (i.e. neighbour, building manager) upon check out, in the “NOTES” field. However, please note that Mujo will not be held responsible for any misdelivery that may occur.
Your Address & Instructions:
We are not responsible for incorrect addresses given by customers. If an incorrect “ship to” address is provided on an order, there will be an additional fee charged to reflect our additional incurred shipping fees.
Please note any special delivery instructions (i.e., door codes, building numbers, floor, specific safe place delivery information) when you place your order upon check out in the “NOTES” field.
6. Exchange & Returns Policy:
Certain items sold on Mujo Store are limited edition pieces and/or special handcrafted items of high value which may not be eligible for customer or wholesale returns. All earrings, made to order items, and sale items are not returnable.
Items are returnable to Mujo within 7 days from the date of delivery (i.e., date you receive the shipment), and subject to the terms below. Refunds will not be issued before your item has been returned to us. Please make sure to comply with the following conditions as Mujo reserves the right to deny a refund if the returned item does not meet all of the following conditions:
Must be unused, unwashed, unstained, and not damaged.
Must have original tags still attached, if applicable.
Must be returned complete of all of its parts, accessories, in its original packaging. A restocking fee may apply to any return not received in its original packaging.
Must be shipped back and received by Mujo within 14 working days from the date you originally received the shipment
Must be sent in one single shipment.
Sale items are final sale and no refunds or exchanges will be given for these purchases.
6.1 Return Shipping Costs / Refund Process:
Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees incurred for their return.
Import customs duty & taxes incurred from return shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount.
6.1.1 Upon receipt of the return, we will contact you by email to confirm your refund or exchange.
All refunds will be calculated in Australian dollars due to fluctuations in currency rates, the amount refunded maybe slightly higher or lower than the price originally paid.
In case of error on our part of shipping the wrong item to you, we will cover the return shipping cost and you will be fully refunded for the list price of the item you purchased.
Within 5 working days of being notified that you are not entitled to a refund, you have the option to have your purchase be shipped back to you, at your own cost, in the condition it was received by Mujo.
6.1.2 In the rare event your shipping box or shipping packaging arrives to you in damaged condition, please contact us at email@example.com before opening the package for special instructions. Immediately send us photo.
6.2 How to Return Your Order:
1) Email us at contact@mujostore for more detailed returns information
2) Place return items in their original packaging safely into a shipping box. Fragile items will need to be adequately packed to avoid damage.
3) Address and send your return via air mail to:(CONTACT US FOR DETAILS email: firstname.lastname@example.org).
6.3 Important instructions for customers:
6.3.1 Air Waybills and invoices must be filled out correctly with following information.
Otherwise, import customs duty & taxes incurred by Mujo from return shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount.
6.3.2 Invoices must include these texts:

NO COMMERCIAL VALUE
6.3.3 All values must be declared as $0 in the currency of AUD on both Air Waybills and Shipping Invoice.
“Return Goods” must appear in the description of contents field.
“Return Goods” or “Repair/Return” must be checked in the type/nature of export field.
6.3.4 We recommend that you insure the return shipment, as you will be liable for any damages until we receive the item.
In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending.
Please retain your shipping airbill until you have received your refund.
7. Feedback policy
All feedback enquiries will be addressed within 3-5 working days.
After a resolution is made with the customer, follow up contact will be made 1 week after the resolution date to ensure all issues and enquires have been met with satisfaction on the customers behalf.
