Product Description
The wooden julienne shredder is a great tool for passionate cooks. This double sided slicer has a long slicing surface and sharp blades for precise and easy julienne shredding. Ideal for using with carrots, daikon and burdock root that need slicing into small matchsticks sizes for salads, rice paper rolls, stir-frys, etc.
One side has cutting blades 3.5mm in width, and the other side has blades 9mm in width. The ability to slice ingredients in different sizes makes this piece a versatile and well loved kitchen essential.
