Crafted with beautiful copper, this traditional Japanese tamagoyaki omelette pan is a must-have for any cooking enthusiast. Tamagoyaki (a type of Japanese omelette) is made by cooking thin layers of egg mixture in a pan and rolling it together to form a cylinder. The pans excellent heat conductivity, control of heat, and durability make it a versatile and practical additional to your kitchen, Whether you're a professional chef or home cook, a Japanese Copper Tamagoyaki Pan is a must-have tool for making delicious and perfectly rolled Tamagoyaki omelettes.

Assemble the pan and handle before the first use (tools not included).

Compatible with gas stoves only, this pan requires a little love and care to prevent discolouration or rust. After use wash with a pH-neutral detergent and dry thoroughly. Use resin spatulas to protect the surface and create perfect omelettes every time.

This 15cm size works well with 2-3 eggs.

Care and Use:

The pan and handle need assembling with the nail before first use. The nail is included in the delivery package (but, the tools are not).
Compatible with gas stove only, not with induction heating or microwave ovens.
Apply oil well inside the pan before each time of use.
To prevent discolouration or food poisoning, do not leave food in the pan for a long time and make sure move it to another container.
To prevent verdigris or rust, wash the pan with a pH neutral detergent and dry it thoroughly.
Use of resin flippers or wooden spatulas is recommended because metal ones may damage the surface of the pan.
