This cheese knife is handcrafted in Japan from brass and stainless steel. The brass will transform over time, and develop signs of patina due to the oxidation process. These natural shifts in the brass can be appreciated for their beauty, or the original finish can be restored with a metal polishing cloth.
Ideal to use with semi hard cheese, soft cheese, fruits, vegetables, deli meats, etc. Perfect company for the kitchen or dining table.
