Product Description
This Japanese bamboo onioroshi (or daikon grater) is handcrafted in Oita, Japan. Suitable for easily grating daikon, as well as other root vegetables like carrots – ensuring they retain a slightly crunchy texture whilst also preventing moisture loss. Grated daikon is a popular Japanese condiment that enhances many dishes such as soba noodles, udon, and fish.
Take care to store bamboo in environments not overly moist or dry. Once washed dry in the shade.
