Wall Hanging - Persimmon Rectangle

Product Description

Made to order – please allow 2-3 weeks for the weaving and finishing processes.

Entirely handwoven from a combination of hand spun undyed cotton, and naturally dyed Japanese persimmon and bengara cotton paper. Bengara and persimmon dyed yarns give similar but unique colour pallets, both are used within the centre – celebrating the subtle shift in colour.

Features selvedge edges and extended fringe.
Hem stitched to fix threads into place.
The weaving has a opening across the top bar, allowing the wooden dowel to be inserted for hanging.

Measurements:
Approximately - 45 cm wide x 100 cm tall (including fringe).
Handcrafted in Australia.
