I've put together a small range of exclusive gift sets. This gift set brings together everything you need to engage in the ritual of incense. Save while you spoil someone special, or yourself. 

The Iwa Incense Holder has been made with hand-building processes, these ancient technique has been used for many of thousands of years. This approach to making pottery allows it to be created without pottery wheels, using only the makers hands and simple tools. I gravitate towards this way of making as it shows evidence of the human hand – the human being behind the work.

Each incense holder takes time to form by hand, then allowing time to dry for a period of 2-4 weeks before the kiln firing process.

Each piece may differ slightly in size and shape, as they are each hand-built – holding individual uniqueness.

The Waboku ​​series is an incense set bringing together three different types of traditional Japanese woods - hinoki (cypress), keyaki (zelvoka), and kusunoki (camphor tree).

Each distinct type of Japanese wood incense brings forth the calm and stillness of Japanese forests and transports you to the heart of ancient Japan.

Medium: approximately 4-4.5cm L x 3-3.5cm W x 1-2cm T / incense opening: 0.3cm (fits 0.2-0.3mm incense sticks)

Assorted Waboku Incense Sticks:

Made in Japan.

25 Hinoki sticks / 25 keyaki sticks / 25 kusunoki sticks (75 incense sticks in total).

Burn time: approximately 20-25 minutes per stick.
