Censer ash is used to support incense sticks. The first step is to loosely fill the vessel with censer ash. Next you can choose to stir the ash with chopsticks in a clockwise direction, fluffing the ash and supporting the movement of oxygen to aid in the burning. Simply place into the ash the shizuka incense sticks.

The Shizuka Incense is made from natural and organic ingredients. It's a soothing and calming scent inspired by a fresh green meadow. A scent containing cedar wood, oakmoss, musk, etc. Comes packaged in a textured Japanese paper package.

The Shigaraki Vessel has been handcrafted in Japan. A thin metallic glaze allows the texture of the clay to be visible. 

All items in this gift set come packaged together in a simple kraft brown box.
