A lovely stainless steel oroshigane grater for wasabi, garlic, ginger, daikon, yuzu, nutmeg, etc.
The numerous small blades are arranged in a sharkskin-like pattern to produce a light finely grated paste rather than just shredding it.

Available in two sizes, small and large.
