A lovely hinoki wood and stainless steel grater for wasabi, garlic, ginger, daikon, yuzu, nutmeg, etc. The numerous small blades are arranged to produce a light finely grated paste rather than just shredding it. This set includes a bamboo scraper brush to scrape off ground materials with ease.
